• Use any robot, spider, or other automatic devices, processes, or means to access Chattoroom for any purpose, including monitoring or copying any of the material on the platform.
• Use any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on Chattoroom or for any other unauthorized purpose without prior written consent.
• Use any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of Chattoroom.
• Introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of Chattoroom, the server on which the platform is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to Chattoroom.
• Attack Chattoroom via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack.
• Otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of Chattoroom.

7. Adult-Oriented Content and Affirmative Representations

7.1 Chattoroom may contain uncensored sexually explicit material unsuitable for minors. Only adults (1) who are at least 18 years old and (2) who have reached the age of majority where they live may access Chattoroom. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Chattoroom is based without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
